The Resources of the European Management Centre consist of framework requirements and human resources which both develop permanently.
Experience in company-specific training and 10 years of cooperation with WIFI-IKT Austria led to a database of trainers with international expert knowledge. It was possible to form a Bulgarian team of trainers with many years of practical experience in economy life.
The EMC developed 22 training programs with modular conceptions.
The EMC has everything needed for performing administrative and training activities:
- administrative, operational staff
- experts in the field of training and consulting
- interactive teaching methods
- management and project work
- personal and business competencies
- operational programs and tools from partner networks at both national and European level.
