Overview
The Corporate Valuation Techniques course introduces the range of corporate valuation models that are available today and provides a framework that can be used to select the appropriate model for any valuation scenario. Participants will be confronted with the valuation of a diverse range of assets, ranging from businesses in different sectors and at various stages of growth for refinancing, acquisition or disposal motives and under different valuation scenarios.
