Managers and�employees from departments such as Controlling, Accounting and Finance have many intersections in a company; but�often there is few communication between�this business units - arised by reason of�an effect�called "broken telephone".

The European Management Centre and a team of lectures trained those departments at EVN Bulgaria. The program included�discussions about�criteria for effective work between departments, planning and realization of potential�improvement�as well es�clarification of the role perseptions�of individual contributors among the three departments�concerning�tasks, competencies, responsibilities, resources and taboos. Challenges for the team members�were to deal with different situations and to decide�which approaches to solve errors in work and communication�within and without of�the department can be used.

Based on�good communication and trust between participants of the workshop�- in spite of their differences - it was possible to compile these topics. In this training�participated officials from Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Yambol and others as well as representatives of senior management members�in Austria. The group had different levels and competencies�concerning leading a�company; this consolidation�contributes to their cohesion in future work and enables to achieve common visions�concerning�attaining common goals.
